Save a bundle on energy costs and increase the comfort, safety and durability of your home with New Jersey’s Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program, now available through South Jersey Energy Service Plus.

Sponsored by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® offers New Jersey residents access to trained, certified home improvement contractors who, for a fee, perform state-of-the-art energy-efficiency audits, including recommendations and improvements which will save money, improve home comfort and reduce energy needs.

South Jersey Energy Service Plus is one of the first contractors in the state to become certified by the Building Performance Institute, allowing us to provide these valuable services to you.

Using a whole house approach, our specially trained and accredited technicians assess your home’s energy efficiency from top to bottom, helping you to identify sources of wasted energy.

You will receive a comprehensive report of our findings, along with recommendations that will improve the energy efficiency of your home. When implementing our recommended improvements, you may even be eligible to take advantage of special low interest financing or grants provided through the State’s Clean Energy Program.

When utilizing ENERGY STAR high efficiency equipment, rebates and tax credits may also be available.
