Job
Well Done!
"As
a great believer in
giving credit where
due, I write to you
in hope that this letter
will in some small
way make someone's
day a little brighter.
I
recently have had
major dealings with
your company in the
installation of a
new HVAC system in
my home. From my
first dealings with
Rodney Konzelmann,
who ascertained what
was needed here,
instead of just replacing
my existing equipment
with something newer,
I perceived an aura
of professionalism.
However, last week,
with the arrival
of Troy Pratt and
John Acord, I was
assured that my impressions
were well placed.
Let
me explain that I
am a retired Marine
Engineer, and part-time
college engineering
instructor. In those
capacities, I have
seen the full spectrum
of abilities and
skills (and lack
thereof) practiced
in the various trades.
As you are aware,
pride in a job well
done and the ability
to affect this have
become remnants of
another era.
The
short version is
that Mr. Pratt arrived
and went through
the details of the
job-checking specs,
changing parameters,
advising and generally "fine-tuning" the
installation. His
design, and the multiple
skill sets required
to accomplish this
were exemplary. With
his able assistant,
Mr. Acord through
long and arduous
days, my completed
installation became
an engineering work
of art. Form following
function, I could
not be happier with
any aspect of my
system, or dealings
with SJESP.
A
heartfelt thank-you
to Troy, John, Rodney
and others who assisted.
As for Troy and John;
these men are talented
assets, and a credit
to your organization.
They should be rewarded
accordingly. As they
say in the Navy:
JOB WELL DONE-BRAVO
ZULU!
Sincerely,
Edward
